Sherwin Chiu, MD, MPH is a breast imaging fellow at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. He received his bachelor’s in supply chain management from Texas A&M University and his master of public health degree and medical doctorate at UAB. He completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Augusta University, where he was a chief resident. His research interests include health care optimization and equity and artificial intelligence in radiology. His work has resulted in publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national conferences. He continues to be passionate about medical education and has given many resident and allied health lectures.
