Dr. Spear is Chief of Breast Imaging at NorthShore University HealthSystem and Clinical Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Chicago. Dr. Spear is an international speaker and principal investigator with special interest in breast imaging research. She has a passion for early detection of breast cancer and advocacy aimed to reduce socioeconomic disparities and ensure access to healthcare for all women. Dr. Spear is active in the creation and passage of legislation. She serves on local, state and national committees and she is co-chair of the Chicago International Breast Course, debuting in 2019.
