Jules H. Sumkin, DO, FACR, is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Radiology, University of Pittsburgh and UPMC Endowed Chair of Women’s Imaging, He has served as chairman of radiology at UPMC since 2015. Prior to that he was chief of radiology at UPMC Magee-Women’s Hospital. His academic breast imaging interests over the years included digital mammography, breast intervention, breast MRI, Tomosynthesis, and more recently contrast enhanced mammography.
