Dr. Bethany Niell, MD, PhD is the Section Chief of Breast Imaging at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. After completing her residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital in 2010, Dr. Niell joined the MGH faculty and subsequently transitioned to the Division of Breast Imaging at Moffitt Cancer Center. She is a board-certified subspecialty-trained breast radiologist. Her research interests focus primarily on the optimal utilization of breast imaging. Dr. Niell serves on the ACR-SBI Screening Leadership Group, the ACR government relations committee, and is Vice Chair for the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Breast Cancer Screening and Diagnosis panel.
