Dr. Newell is a Professor of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University and the Associate Executive Director of the ABR for Diagnostic Radiology. She chairs numerous national committees for the ABR and the American College of Radiology and is the current SBI president. She has been elected as a Fellow of both the ACR and SBI.
