Gaiane (Maia) Rauch, M.D., Ph.D, FSABI, FSBI, is a Professor of Diagnostic Radiology at the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is Director of Molecular Breast Imaging, Director of Functional Imaging Lab in the Division of Diagnostic Imaging. Her research has been focused on the use of Advanced Functional Imaging modalities and quantitative imaging to yield new imaging biomarkers for adaptive stratification, treatment planning and endpoint evaluation of patients with breast cancer. Dr. Rauch is a principal investigator (PI), co-PI or collaborator on multiple grants with total funds over $5,000,000, authored or co-authored about 120 articles and over 250 abstracts.
