This session will consist of a series of three presentations that will educate the audience on the appropriate use of the BI-RAD 3 (probably benign) assessment category. The presentations will include supporting literature, imaging examples, appropriate management, and future directions.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to list the mammographic, US, and MRI findings which meet the criteria for BI-RADS 3 assessment.
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to differentiate BI-RADS 3 findings from malignancy.
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to distinguish BI-RADS 3 findings from benign processes and avoid unnecessary biopsies.
