This case-based educational session presents a variety of interesting and challenging multimodality clinical scenarios. The presentations focus on the associated pearls, pitfalls, and teaching points in each scenario. The session is highly relevant to clinical practice, in which fundamental interpretive skills and knowledge combined with logical thought-processes are critical to identifying challenges, developing differential diagnosis, and recommending appropriate next steps, including imaging workup and management plans.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will be able to: Triangulate and correlate imaging appearance of findings across various modalities, including non-mass findings on breast ultrasound.
Recognize and leverage the utility of contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), and correlate CEM with MRI and other modalities.
Increase awareness of the overlap of lung cancer and breast cancer screening, highlighting cross-modality/cross-subspecialty correlation with chest CT, FDG-PET, and FES-PET.
