Multidisciplinary case-based presentation of high-risk (and BWUP) lesions. Both basic and controversial aspects of management (such as excision, repeat biopsy, imaging follow-up and risk assessment) will be discussed. Considerations for management will include the significance of the pathology, imaging appearance and patient factors.

Learning Objectives:

Review current understanding of HR Lesions (BWUPs).
Present case-based scenarios focused on management of these lesions.
Discuss controversies and variable approaches when these lesions are encountered.
