The conditions in which people are born, grow, work, live, and age (social determinants of health) substantially influence breast cancer outcomes. This session will empower attendees to use structured performance improvement methods to address social determinants of health to improve breast cancer outcomes, lower costs, and reduce breast cancer disparities.
