Registration: Your registration provides you access to all of the plenary presentations, concurrent breakout sessions, and industry sponsored learning. Additionally, you receive login credentials to utilize our mobile conference app to help navigate your Symposium experience.

Education Content Access: Attendees will have access to presentation slide PDFs for a year post-meeting. Attendees may purchase the concurrent afternoon recordings for $299 during registration, or as a registration add-on: https://www.sbi-online.org/events/sbi-2024-all-concurrent-educational-sessions

Pre-Courses: The 2024 Symposium will have two pre-courses on Wednesday, April 10: the SBI Breast MRI Pre-Course: Case-Based Review and Practical Tips and the Contrast-Enhanced Mammography Pre-Course.

Meals: The registration fee includes breakfast, lunches, break refreshments, and reception fare. Halal and kosher meals are also available as an add-on during the registration process.

Welcome Reception: Reserve your spot at Thursday evening's annual Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall! Join attendees for drinks and hors d'oeuvres from 5:00-7:00 pm, and don't miss SBI's first ever Talent Show, put on by your fellow society members! Attendance is included with your registration. Guests require a badge to attend. Contact SBI at registration@sbi-online.org to add a guest badge. 

Exhibit Hall: Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the latest products and services, connect with industry experts, and learn about the latest advances in breast imaging technology.

Guests: Guest registration must be completed by the main registrant. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, or personal friend who is not an active industry professional. Guests with a badge will have access to the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, April 11 during the Welcome Reception only.

Health and Safety: SBI is committed to implementing conscious, intentional health and safety operating practices and will work in accordance with guidelines of the Montréal Convention Centre and the province of Quebec to ensure the safety of all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. We will revise our procedures as needed to reflect the current state of the pandemic, promoting healthy best practices during high- and low-risk time periods alike. SBI will continually update attendees as the health and safety information changes.

Photography and Filming: Professional photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the Symposium. Attendees hereby grant SBI and its representative’s permission to photograph and/or record them at the conference, and distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Education Credit (CME, CE, CoP): In order to successfully complete the activity, participants must attend the in-person meeting, complete an activity evaluation, and claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity.

Cancelation Policy: Full refunds, less a $150 administrative fee, will be given provided that written notification of cancelation is received before or on March 1, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancelation after this date. SBI President's Dinner tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.
